FEES
The current fee payable is

Face to Face counselling: £110.00 per 50 minute session.

Remote Counselling: £95.00 per 50 minute session.

EMDR Therapy: £120.00 per hour session.

I must be paid 24 hours in advance of the session directly into my bank, account details to be provided at commencement of counselling

Payment by cash is also acceptable.

if the session is in clients home the fee will be £135.00 and same rules apply.

Concessionary Rates available-please ask.

 

CANCELLATION

If I have to cancel the session, I will endeavor to notify you twenty four hours in advance and reschedule the appointment as soon as possible. If you need to cancel the session, you will notify me' twenty four hours in advance. Failure to do so could result in the session being paid for in full.

 

CONFIDENTIALITY

You can be assured that all matters discussed between you and myself, will not be discussed with anyone else unless otherwise agreed.

I reserve the right to breach confidentiality in exceptional circumstances such as potential serious harm to self or others etc.

You are aware that I will keep some brief confidential notes of the counselling session. This will enable me to work professionally in the best interest of the client. These notes are kept discreetly, only accessible to me. Should you wish at any time to access these notes you may request a copy.

You are also aware that as recommended by the BACP, as part of my professional development as a counsellor and to ensure efficacy of my client work, I will go to supervision possibly presenting this case. I will safeguard confidentiality and protect anonymity ensuring not to disclose any possible identifying details.

COMPLAINT PROCEDURES

I adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling. Should you at anytime be dissatisfied with my work, and this matter cannot be resolved between ourselves', you have a right to register a formal complaint to the BACP.
